BHEL Bhopal organizes a two-day training program on “Effective communication, interpersonal relations”

A two-day program on “Effective Communication and Interpersonal Relations” and a three-day “Personality Development Program” for young representatives from various trade unions were held at BHEL Human Resource Development Center, Bhopal; as part of the workers’ education program. The faculty member for the above two programs was Dattopant Thengadi, a member of the National Labor Education Council.

The program was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by Adikanda Behera, General Manager (HR), Binoy Kumar, Additional General Manager (HR) and Vinodanand Jha, Additional General Manager (HR).

On this occasion, all the guests present were welcomed by Binoy Kumar, Additional General Manager (HR). In his address, he said that any problem can only be solved through mutual dialogue within the organization.

Afterwards, Arif Ahmed Siddiqui, Additional General Manager (HR-IR, CLC and Law) while sharing the information about the program with everyone, said that for many years, an effective program of communication and development of personality has been introduced for union representatives.

Swagata S. Saxena, Senior Deputy General Manager (HRDC) encouraged the young employees by explaining the importance of dialogue.

About 30 participants from each union were present in the above two programs. The fundamental objective of the program was effective communication and the development of the personality of the participants.
