DIFC’s ‘Fitness Hub’ offers free and exciting activities


Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), a leading dynamic city destination promoting culture and community, is taking part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) by organizing a series of activities as part of its very expected “Fitness Hub”. Until November 6, 2022, sports and fitness enthusiasts can participate in a selection of free sessions, including yoga, spinning and bootcamp.

Led by top-level coaches, from strength training and conditioning to group cycling with music and different types of yoga, participants can use a variety of workouts to improve their overall health and well-being.

INSPIRE organizes Community Zumba in Support of Breast Cancer, Yoga Under the Gate and Parent and Child Yoga. For those looking for toning and stretching, F45 Training’s bodyweight bootcamp and Warehouse Gym’s Spinning and HIIIT classes are the perfect solution.

What to expect with DIFC Fitness Hub

Yoga under the door by INSPIRE Studio:

As the opening event of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30, this 75-minute vinyasa class will be led by international yoga teacher, Neha Duseja. Through breath, meditation and movement, the course will take you on a journey of self-discovery on how being “in the flow” can transform your daily life and bring greater ease, understanding and flow.

BR performance:

A high intensity full body workout will sweat, burn fat and gain muscle. BR coaches will go through a series of functional strength exercises that will test his strength and endurance.

Community Zumba for breast cancer by Inspire Studio:

Inspirational stories from breast cancer survivors that will provide insight into how lifestyle medicine can help prevent the disease, while dancing during a free and fun Zumba class. Lifestyle medicine integrates aspects of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, social support, and environmental factors to help patients lead healthier lives.

Parent and Child Yoga:

An interactive and fun 60-minute session for parents and children which consists of playful yoga exercises; acro-yoga; massage and breathing; relaxation exercises; meditation and visualization. Participating children must be between the ages of 3 and 11.

F45 HIIT workout:

Comprised of bodyweight cardio exercises and strength-focused movements that use an individual’s bodyweight to provide resistance against gravity, F45 HIIT training can improve a range of biomotor abilities, including strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Spinning by Warehouse Gym:

A fun bike course with upbeat music, lights, and lots of hills and sprints to navigate through a high-calorie sweat session.

Bootcamp/HIIT classes by Warehouse Gym:

A type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) – bursts of intense activity alternating with intervals of lighter activity.

May Dubai City Half Marathon

As part of DIFC’s mission to support Dubai’s vision of becoming one of the most active cities in the world, the Center is also the official partner of this year’s Mai Dubai City Half Marathon. Held during the first weekend of the Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge, the course will start and end in front of the DIFC Gate.

Be the fitness transformation program:

Upon registering for the free sessions, visitors will be eligible to enter a raffle to win an eight-week Embody Fitness transformation program worth AED 16,000. The program includes a comprehensive body composition and lifestyle analysis, movement screening and nutritional analysis and personalized meal plan, 24 personal training sessions with elite-level strength and conditioning coaches, l access to a private cardio zone and a set of personalized supplements. The winner will be announced at the end of the DFC.
