Robert Pattinson Opens Up About His Diet and Training for ‘The Batman’
Actors often have to undergo physical makeovers while preparing for the role they play in movies. Robert Pattinsonfor example, had to work really hard for his latest superhero movie’The Batman‘, in which he plays the eponymous character.

The actor shared diet and fitness secrets that helped him become the caped crusader. In conversation with Entertainment on demandwhere he was joined by co-star Zoë Kravitzthe 35-year-old has revealed he “never wants[s] see a piece of boiled white fish with just lemon on it,” referring to his restrictive diet.
He also alluded to the fact that there was no “pizza” on the plate during the entire filming of the film.
the dusk The star added that he had to practice a lot and the routine got easier over time. “Training is a lot more fun when you get good at it. Once you get past the kind of six week mark, then it’s all good… Then you feel bad if you don’t. It’s kind of what everyone says,” he said.
The actor joked and said, “No matter how many times you realize, ‘If I keep it going, it’s gonna be great and I won’t have to relive the bad part again,’ as soon as the job is done, you” I’m like, ‘No, I’m not going to practice once.’
Kravitz plays Catwoman in the film, and she explained that she’s never had to train so hard before. “It was crazy”.
the big little lies star said, “Three months of practice ahead and then you have to keep going, so you literally film and practice. That’s the only thing we did.”
