Department of Community Activities and Services, at The Watermark, 209 S. Center St., Beaver Dam.

Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Active adult programs are open to people 50 and older. City residents pay program and activity fees. Non-residents pay an annual fee of $25, plus program and activity fees. For more information, call 920-887-4639 ext. 103.

The Watermark is a Monday-Friday Dodge County seniors dining site. Participants must be 60 years of age or older. A donation of $3.99 is suggested. Eligible participants should call 920-887-4639 ext. 102 at noon, one day in advance to reserve a meal.

Chair yoga and relaxation techniques: 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, from May 31 to June 28. Gentle, accessible movements and varied relaxation techniques suitable for anyone looking for an easier way to move the body and learn to slow down the mind and de-stress. Register before May 27.

Graceful yoga: 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, from June 1 to 29. Work on joint mobility and help develop strength and balance. This program is suitable for all levels, including those with chronic health conditions or limitations due to age or height. Wear comfortable sports clothes and bring a mat. Register before May 27.

Golf lessons: 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays from June 7 to 28. Courses for beginners or people wishing to improve. Emphasis on fundamentals: grip, stance, club selection, putting, chipping, driving, rules and etiquette. The program fee includes four lessons and a 9-hole golf pass. The Fond du Lac County Seniors Dining Program offers daily meals with curbside pickup at 10 a.m. Monday through Friday. Entrants must be 60+ or ​​married to someone in that age group.
