The hospital organizes 25 days of Christmas activities | New

LOGAN – The Hocking Valley Community Hospital is partnering with a number of local businesses and organizations to offer 25 Ways to Create Vacation Memories while preparing for the family Christmas celebration. If you photograph yourself attending one of the following events and submit the photo to [email protected] for a chance to win a gift card.

Host – Bowen House, 196 Market St., Logan

The Festival of Trees kicks off with a performance by Jeff Crisler & Friends. Free entry. Doors open at 6 p.m., music at 6.30 p.m.

Host – Downtown Logan

Candlelight singing event downtown. Walkers will sing in the city center and finish in Worthington Park. Meet at the Hocking County Courthouse, 1 E. Main St., Logan, at 6 p.m.

Host – Hocking County Humane Society

Bring your furry baby for a photo with Santa Paws. Must make reservations by calling 740-380-9109. The cost is a donation of $ 10. Photos at the Humane Society, 36960 Hocking Drive, Logan, noon to 4 p.m.

Host – Trip to Bethlehem, 24 W. Main St., Logan

Meet Brenda Fargo, owner and artist of the Journey to Bethlehem Fontanini exhibition. Hear the story of this magnificent collection of Fontanini nativity figurines displayed in a display case. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., without reservation, people without an appointment are welcome.

Ash Cave Photo Scavenger Hunt 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Participants will need to take at least eight photos of painted rocks placed along the trail and in the cave, and upload the photos via tinyurl.com/yjcmjc5r, to get the chance to win a basket full of gift cards for local restaurants valued at $ 300.

Fitness class demonstrations – pound, power yoga, gentle yoga and a fit fight club. Professional and student shows – swing, tap dancing, ballet, jazz, contemporary and ballroom. Demonstration of children’s dance lessons – ballet, hip hop and jazz. Demonstration of dance lessons for adults – jazz and ballet. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The cost is free.
